Buying Property in Bulgaria: Furnished vs. Unfurnished?

While the furnished options are move-in ready and save me the hassle of logistics, I'm worried about the quality of the furniture and whether it will match my personal style. On the other hand, starting from scratch with an unfurnished unit allows for total customization, but I'm concerned about the time and effort required to source everything from abroad. What has been your experience with the durability of furniture in Bulgarian listings, and is it worth the premium price?
